Information for Authorized Agents – Authorized Agents who have the regulatory authority to submit a request may use our Authorized Agent Portal available here to submit rights requests on behalf of individuals from whom they have received prior authorization to act on their behalf.

In order to ensure the security of an individual’s Personal Information, we ask that all requests from Authorized Agents be submitted via this method. Evidence of a signed authorization to act on the behalf of the individual that is the subject of the request, should be submitted as a PDF as part of this process.
